Terms of Sale

1. Order Formation

A customer submits an order request through checkout. LURTYS reviews the request and may accept, decline or ask for clarification. A sale is not final until LURTYS confirms the order and provides the applicable payment step.

2. Prices

Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Opening prices may change as the assortment, supplier costs or promotions change. The price confirmed by LURTYS before payment controls the final order.

3. Taxes

Sales or use tax, if legally required for a transaction, is confirmed before payment based on the order and destination. The website does not currently calculate tax in the local shopping-bag preview.

4. Payment

Customers may indicate a payment preference during checkout. Available preferences are described in the Payment Policy and may include major cards, supported digital wallets, eligible buy-now-pay-later services and Bank/ACH. LURTYS does not collect sensitive payment credentials in the order-request form. Secure payment instructions are provided only after the order is reviewed and confirmed.

5. Product Availability

Inventory may change between browsing and confirmation. If a product is unavailable, LURTYS may offer a substitute, revised quantity, revised ship date or cancellation. No substitution is final without customer agreement.

6. Shipping

Shipping options, prices and estimated transit times are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates begin after order confirmation, payment and dispatch, not at the moment the initial order request is submitted.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Certain opened, used, damaged-after-delivery or hygiene-sensitive items may not qualify unless required by law or the product is defective.

8. Order Errors

If an obvious pricing, description or technical error occurs, LURTYS may correct it before accepting the order. If payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
