By accessing lurtys.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies included by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Website Purpose

LURTYS operates an online retail website offering general consumer goods to individual customers in the United States. Product availability, prices and assortment may change without notice.

3. Account-Free Shopping

The current site does not require a customer account. Shopping-bag information is stored locally in your browser until you clear it, remove items or submit an order request.

4. Order Requests

Submitting checkout creates an order request; it does not automatically create a final accepted sale or charge your payment method. A manager reviews the request and contacts you within 48 hours to confirm availability, shipping, applicable tax and secure payment instructions.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false customer information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or use the forms for spam or unlawful activity.

6. Product Content

We try to present products accurately. Colors can vary by display, photographs may include props not included with the item, and dimensions shown in the opening catalog are approximate unless a supplier specification is expressly confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

The LURTYS website design, original text, LURTYS branding and site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks visible in product imagery remain the property of their respective owners and do not by themselves imply affiliation or endorsement.

Payment, shipping or other services may be provided by third parties. Their separate terms may apply to those services.

9. Disclaimer and Liability
