Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 24, 2026

1. Before Confirmation

You may ask to cancel an order request before LURTYS confirms it. Because the initial checkout submission is only a request, cancellation before confirmation generally does not involve a refund because no payment should have been collected yet.

2. After Confirmation

If payment has been completed, contact LURTYS as soon as possible. We will try to stop fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after picking, packing or shipment has started.

3. After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, the return process normally applies instead of cancellation. See the Return & Refund Policy.

4. LURTYS Cancellation

LURTYS may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, obvious pricing errors or other fulfillment problems. If payment was already collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
